Candy tienes que empesar como dicen en mi pais por el principio. Busca información acerca de cómo venir a estudiar ingles y luego decides lo del post-grado. Con lo de las universidades el año que viene van a aumentar 3 veces el valor anual de las matriculas universitarias a eso tienes que sumarle por lo menos tres veces mas por ser estudiante internacional. Tendras que buscar la universidad que mas te convenga porque las carreras y postgrados estaran entre los 6 mil y 9 mil libras para los locales dependiendo el prestigio de la universidad para los estudiantes internacionales multiplica eso por 3. Hola Rufo, la verdad que no habia visto el tema de esta muchacha ya le conteste. Que tal como estas como anda tu decision de a donde emigrar? Por aqui la cosa no se plantea nada bien, este gobierno tiene al pais patas arriba y ya hasta los inmigrantes de la union estan locos por salir corriendo. No hay trabajo y solo recortes por aqui recortes por alla. Los costos de la Universidades se dispararan el año que viene y pare usted de contar. Tengo amigos que se estan iendo a Holanda porque esta algo mejor y a Alemania, nosotros seguimos aqui ya que lso muchachos comienza la uni este año pero si no amigo creo que saldria corriendo yo tambien jajajajajjaja. Liliana, chequea las paginas del british council alli esta toda la explicacion de que tienes que hacer para sacar una visa de estudiante. Con el pasaporte venezolano cierto puedes estar hasta 6 meses pero eso tambien es relativo ya que cuando vayas a entrar al pais te van a caer a preguntas acerca de a que vienes, cuanto dinero traes para ver si te puedes mantener esos 6 meses, quien te va a recibir ya que eso te garantizaria que tienes donde quedarte. Te recuerdo que 6 meses aqui como turista es muy pero muy caro y ellos no te creeran si no traes el suficiente dinero para costear todos esos gastos y te regresaran a Venezuela osea no hay garantia. Como inmigrante es bien dificil ya que cada día mas cierran las puertas migratorias para gente de fuera de la Union Europea y sacar una carrera aqui no garantiza ningun estatus migratorio solo te dan dos años mas para que estes despues que sacas la carrera o has hecho un post grado para que busques trabajo y ganes experiencia en la carrera luego si no has podido arreglar tu estatus migratorio bien sea por matrimonio o largo contarato de trabajo (que con la recesion ya no hay) tienes que regresar a tu pais de origen. Se que no es este el tipo de respuestas que mucha gente espera pero lamentablemente aqui con el gran problema economico que hay, el gobierno recortando por todas parte y la falta de trabajo han hecho que este gobierno ponga la situación de los inmigrantes mas dura asi no tiene ganas de venir. De todas maneras creo que cada quien y cada historia es diferente y depende de lo que quieras, puedas o te propongas pues lo lograras dependiendo del empeño. No te aconsejo que te vengas de turista y te quedes ilegal porque la vida se te volvera miserable y vas a llegar a odiar todo esto. Planteate hacer un curso de ingles, chequea los costos y decide con la cabeza fresca que es lo que te conviene, es mi opinio personal. Saludos y suerte en tu decision.
Tu pregunta es muy escueta, quizá hay gente que quiere contestarte pero tienes que hacer preguntas concisas. Puedes estudiar en Italia por supuesto que tendras derecho a ir a la escuela a estudiar el idioma eres ciudadano. Lo que si no explicas es cómo te vas a ir. Recuerda que tienes que organizarte dónde vas a llegar, dónde vas a vivir y de qué vas a vivir mientras estudias el idioma. De todas maneras visita la pagina de europa.eu alli hay información en general. cuando acceses la pagina has click en español y encontraras importante información acerca de los derechos y deberes que tienes como europeo. Me disculpo con Rosana porque no vi su mensaje. No se si todavia estes interesada en saber como hacer tus papeles. Rosana no necesitas ir a Italia para tramitar la ciudadania puedes vivir en cualquier otro pais de europa con todos los derechos ya que tu esposo es europep. La ciudadania tarda 2 años en llegar estes en Italia o estes fuera. para lo unico que es mas rapido es para la edad de matrimonio que si vives fuera tienes que esperar tener 3 años de casada para obtener la ciudadania pero si te casas y vives en italia despues de 6 meses de casados puedes obtenerla. El proceso es el mismo y no se acelera por vivir en Italia. Disculpa lo tarde. Saludos
Jey por que tanta complicacion estas seguro gastando un dineral tratando de optener algo que por derecho te corresponde. Segun lo que entiendo tu esposo es español y esta trabajando ya y estas aqui o has venido al UK, no tienes ningun problema si te quedas y pides la visa por aqui. Lo unico que ha cambiado es que te van a pedir que tengas un seguro medico pero eso lo compras y luego que te den tu visa por 5 años lo retiras solo para hacer la solicitud. Lo del Ingles fue una confusion del momento solo se lo piden a los locales y a los residentes que piden un familiar que este fuera. No se si estas aqui ahora o estas fuera, ojala todavia estes a tiempo de solventar sin tanto rollo la visa que te dan fuera dura 6 meses y una vez aqui tienes que renovarla para que te den los 5 años. No se si me explico es que no entendi mucho tu explicacion de la agencia y todo el rollo de como lo estas haciendo. Hasme preguntas concisas y te las respondo. saludos.-
Bueno las esperanzas son las ultimas que se pierden. Rufo tiene razon los aplicantes de tier 1 que son los graduados aplicando por el sistema de puntos de profesiones en demanda esta cerrado para aplicantes fuera del UK. Tendrias que estar aqui y tener un sponsor o graduarte en una Universidad aqui y buscar trabajo. De todas maneras una vez mas si tus planes son a largo plazo de aqui a 4 años las cosas pueden cambiar tanto para bien o para mal aunque con este gobierno que tenemos ahora creo que es anti-iinmigrantes ya el primer ministro dijo que iba a acabar con el net immigration. Tambien es por la gran recesión que hay y las miles de personas perdiendo sus empleos. pero no hay mal que dure 100 años.

Este pais es muy pero muy exigente en cuanto a validación de titulos se refiere. Lamentablemente los titulos sacados en Latino America cuando los validan casi que te dicen que estudies la carrera de nuevo. Tengo una amiga contadora que ha hecho post-grados aqui en Inglaterra y aún asi se le ha hecho muy cuesta arriba. Lo otro es que con la situación economica que se esta viviendo en el pais el gobierno ha decidido recortar aun mas las visas para inmigrates de fuera de la union europea. Las unicas carreras que pienso que todavia consideran son las de medicina. Lamentablemente es algo decepcionante pero es la realidad. Se que son planes a largo plazo los que estas haciendo y en 4 años pueden pasar muchas cosas. Yo te recomendaria que te revisaras las paginas de inmigración Canada o Australia que tienen su lista de profesiones en demanda y si cumples con todos los requisitos no dudo que puedas obtener tu visa de inmigrante independiente con tu carrera y experiencia laboral. Rufo recuerda que eso es solo para estudiantes extranjeros los UE national son consideraros home student y para los europeos no hay limitacion de trabajo. Esto es para gente de fuera de la union europea. Los estudiantes de ingles caen en nivel de bajo grado osea no es una carrera universitaria ni post-grados solo les permitiran trabajar 10 horas a la semana. Si te pones a ver eso no es nada. Pero los estudiabtes de carreras universitarias o de post-grados los dejaran trabajar igual que antes 20 horas por semana durante el periodo de escuela y full para las vacaciones. El working in breach significa que no cumplen con la regulacion y en ves de trabajar por ekjemplo 20 horas trabajan 21 y mas alli ya estas violando el estatus de tu visa. Una vez mas eso no aplica a los europeos asi sean estudiantes

CONDITIONS FOR SETTING UP RESIDENCE
With the exception of French nationals, any foreigner who wishes to stay in Monaco for a period in excess of three months, or to establish his or her residence there must satisfy the following stipulations :
1 – Regarding nationals of one of the states of the European Economic Area
Nationals of one of the states of the European Economic Area (1) are exempted from the procedure for the visa to set up residence in Monaco. Consequently, in order to obtain a Monégasque residence permit (“ carte de séjour ”), they must apply to the Residents Section of the Directorate of Public Security located at 3, rue Louis Notari in the Principality and must submit the documents listed below :
– an abstract of their legal record, or an affidavit or an equivalent document ;
– a sworn statement stating that they have never been convicted ;
– a work document endorsed by the Employment Department of the Principality, or any other professional substantiating document, or a request for authorisation to set up a business or a company, or a bank reference proving sufficient means of subsistence ;
– two recent photographs ;
– a medical certificate ;
– a rental contract or a certificate of accommodation (examined by the Ad-Hoc Commission) or a deed of ownership ;
– their passport.
(1) The provisions mentioned refer to persons coming from one of the states of the European Union, with the additions of Norway and Iceland
2 – Regarding nationals of a state which does not belong to the European Economic Area who reside outside of France
Interested parties are obliged to apply to the French Consul with territorial juridiction for a visa to set up residence.
They must submit the following documents to the consular office in question :
– an abstract of their legal record, or an affidavit or an equivalent document ;
– a sworn statement stating that they have never been convicted ;
– a work document endorsed by the Employment Department of the Principality, or any other professional substantiating document, or a request for authorisation to set up a business or a company, or a bank reference proving sufficient means of subsistence ;
– a medical certificate ;
– a rental contract, or a promise of rental, or a certificate of accommodation (examined by the Ad-Hoc Commission) or a deed of ownership, or a written undertaking by the interested party to produce one of the four aforementioned substantiating documents within the three months following his or her arrival in the Principality ;
– nine photographs ;
– a photocopy of their passport ;
– nine copies of the application form for a long-stay visa.
After obtaining this visa, any foreigner aged over sixteen is obliged to apply for a Monégasque residence permit (“ carte de séjour ”) from the Residents Section of Public Security within eight days of arriving in the Principality.
In order to obtain the permit in question, the same documents must be submitted as those which are required from nationals of the European Economic Area.
However, the following persons are exempted from applying for this document :
1) career diplomats accredited to H.S.H. The Sovereign Prince and the members of their families ;
2) civil servants seconded under the auspices of the Franco-Monégasque Conventions.
3 – Regarding foreign nationals of a state which does not belong to the European Economic Area who come from France
Two hypothetical cases should be differentiated :
1. If the interested parties have been residing in France for at least one year :
They must submit the file for the application to set up residence in the Principality to the French Consulate-General in Monaco.The file comprises the following documents :
– the petition form the interested party ;
– an individual detailed information note ;
– a photocopy of their residence permit in France ;
– a photocopy of the passeport.2. If the interested parties have been residing in France for less than one year :
They must submit an application for a visa to set up residence in the Principality to the French Consulate-General in their place of residence immediately preceding their settlement in France. They will be required to produce the documents listed above.

Work permits in Switzerland
Because Switzerland has one of the highest working standards in Europe, demand for work permits is high and so are the barriers. All foreign nationals wishing to work in Switzerland are required to have a valid work permit. Work permits are even required in Switzerland for people in unpaid and voluntary work. Work permits for work in Switzerland are only permitted for applicants who are not in Switzerland at the time of work permit application. That means you cannot go to Switzerland on a visiting visa then apply for a work permit. At present there are strict quotas for issuing work permits for foreigners wishing to work in Switzerland; however these rules look set to be relaxed in forthcoming years.
Switzerland work permit for EU Nationals
Obtaining a work permit for Switzerland is comparatively easier for EU nationals because of agreements signed between Switzerland and the EU. In 2002 the regulations surrounding work permits in Switzerland for EU nationals were relaxed; permitting workers to move between cantons in Switzerland, bring families to Switzerland, and to transfer jobs in Switzerland under the same work permit. By 2014 the quotas for work permits in Switzerland issued to EU nationals will be dropped. In the meantime it is still quite difficult for non EU nationals to obtain work permits in Switzerland. The only way a work permit for Switzerland will be issued to non EU nationals is if it can be demonstrated that they possess skills that a Swiss employer cannot find in Switzerland
Disculpame que difiera en lo que dices pero Suiza, Noruega, Iceland y Monaco no son parte de la union per se. Es Europa pero no parte de la Union. Eso de que hay que registrarse y el tiempo aplica a todos los paises no es asi. Yo tengo pasaporte Italiano y vivo en Inglaterra y puedo estar aqui hasta cuando quiera y si no quiero trabajar no estoy obligada siempre y cuando tenga como mantenerme. A diferencia de estos paises asociados es que estas obligado a registrarte con la policia y a ir a las oficinas de empleo a reportarte como que andas buscando empleo, si pasa el tiempo reglamentario y no consigues estas obligado a irte. Si soy europeo de un pais de la union no me pueden obligar a irme tampoco a registrarme con la policia asi que si hay diferencia. Como Europeo tienes derecho a libre movimiento y residencia en cualquiera de los paises de la Union.

Students’ ability to work
7.1 At present, all Tier 4 (General) students are
able to work full-time during their vacations, and
part-time during term time. The number of hours’
work permitted during term-time depends on the
level of the course the student is following; those on
foundation degree courses, Scottish Qualifications
Authority (SQA) Higher National Diploma courses,
and courses at degree level and above are permitted
to work up to 20 hours per week during term-time.
Those on courses of study below degree level (except
those mentioned previously) may only work up to
10 hours per week during term-time.
7.2 The complexity of the current system
makes it difficult for employers to comply with
these restrictions, and for UK Border Agency staff
to enforce them effectively. But student working
in breach is an identified area of abuse; the 2009
Labour Force Survey suggests that amongst non-
EEA students, there is significant working in breach
by those following courses at degree level and above,
as well as by those studying below degree level. For
those studying full-time at degree level and above,
30% reported working more than 21 hours per
week, and for those studying below degree level,
53% reported working more than 21 hours per
week. We are aware however that some education
providers offer jobs on campus and do not wish to
restrict this.
We propose allowing students to work only on-campus15
during the week, and as many hours as they wish off
campus at weekends and during vacation periods.
We will be seeking assurance via our educational
inspection and accreditation bodies that term lengths
are reasonable in line with the courses of study on offer,
and not simply constructed to allow students to work
full-time during excessively lengthy vacation periods.
