Soy Lic. en Sistemas de Argentina y tengo la ciudadania Italiana porque bisabuelos vinieron de Italia y ya la tramite pero viendo que hay mucha crisis en Italia (ademas no domino el italiano estudie solo 1 año) desidi probar con Inglaterra si bien me dicen que no hay mucho trabajo como hace unos años para personal de sistemas hay bastante.
Se que para ir a España o Francia no nesesito visa con la ciudadania italiana ¿Y a Inglaterra? Se nesesita visa con la ciudadania italiana?
saludosComo ciudadano italiano eres también ciudadano de la UE y por lo tanto no necesitas permiso para poder vivir o trabajar en ninguno de los 27 países de la UE o los 4 estados asociados.

Estados asociados son todos los que estan dentro de la uunion pero todavia no tienen los derechos en full como o tienen los primeros 15 paises. Me imagino que hybber se referia a los paises que son europeos, no pertenecen a la union pero mantienen relaciones economicas con ella como es el caso de Suisa, Iceland, Noruega y Monaco. Estos son muy buenos paises todo es de primera calidad. Para los que tenemos pasaporte europeo podemos ir pero tenemos un tiempo de 3 meses para encontrar trabajo. Si consigues el trabajo te puedes quedar sino tienes que regresarte a tu pais de origen. Creo que al llegar te tienes que registrar con la policia no estoy muy segura pero en la pagina de inmigración de estos paises estan los detalles en Ingles. Si no visiten el web Europa.eu/ alli hay todos los detalles de los derechos y deberes de los europeos tambien hay informacion en todos los idiomas aunque cuando se anda buscando informacion mas profunda te redirecciona a la pagina de ese pais. saludos.

Alfa, con estados asociados me refería a los estados que pertenecen al AELC y no a la UE, es decir: Noruega, Islandia, Suiza y Liechtenstein. Los ciudadanos de la UE pueden trabajar en estos países sin restricción alguna, y viceversa también.
Sí, hay un tiempo determinado para buscar trabajo, pero lo mismo pasa en cualquier país de la unión. También hay que registrarse como residente después de conseguir el trabajo pero igualmente eso también pasa en cualquier país de la unión. Ninguno de esos dos requerimientos deberían dar complicación alguna para la movilidad laboral.
PD: todos los países miembros de la UE, inclusive los que entraron en el 2004 tienen los derechos 100% en full 😉 Romania y Bulgaria para casi todo también, pero todavía no 100% en full porque no han pasado 7 años desde el 2007 que fue cuando ellos entraron.

Disculpame que difiera en lo que dices pero Suiza, Noruega, Iceland y Monaco no son parte de la union per se. Es Europa pero no parte de la Union. Eso de que hay que registrarse y el tiempo aplica a todos los paises no es asi. Yo tengo pasaporte Italiano y vivo en Inglaterra y puedo estar aqui hasta cuando quiera y si no quiero trabajar no estoy obligada siempre y cuando tenga como mantenerme. A diferencia de estos paises asociados es que estas obligado a registrarte con la policia y a ir a las oficinas de empleo a reportarte como que andas buscando empleo, si pasa el tiempo reglamentario y no consigues estas obligado a irte. Si soy europeo de un pais de la union no me pueden obligar a irme tampoco a registrarme con la policia asi que si hay diferencia. Como Europeo tienes derecho a libre movimiento y residencia en cualquiera de los paises de la Union.

Residency in SwitzerlandSwiss residence permits are valid for up to five years; however, these are only issued to people in full time paid employment in Switzerland. After a period of five years under a Swiss residence permit, a person wishing to remain in Switzerland can apply for a settlement permit which gives them the right to remain in Switzerland without work although this permit is checked by the authorities in Switzerland every five years. Short term residence permits are also available for Switzerland and are valid for between three months to one year.
Work permits in Switzerland
Because Switzerland has one of the highest working standards in Europe, demand for work permits is high and so are the barriers. All foreign nationals wishing to work in Switzerland are required to have a valid work permit. Work permits are even required in Switzerland for people in unpaid and voluntary work. Work permits for work in Switzerland are only permitted for applicants who are not in Switzerland at the time of work permit application. That means you cannot go to Switzerland on a visiting visa then apply for a work permit. At present there are strict quotas for issuing work permits for foreigners wishing to work in Switzerland; however these rules look set to be relaxed in forthcoming years.
Switzerland work permit for EU Nationals
Obtaining a work permit for Switzerland is comparatively easier for EU nationals because of agreements signed between Switzerland and the EU. In 2002 the regulations surrounding work permits in Switzerland for EU nationals were relaxed; permitting workers to move between cantons in Switzerland, bring families to Switzerland, and to transfer jobs in Switzerland under the same work permit. By 2014 the quotas for work permits in Switzerland issued to EU nationals will be dropped. In the meantime it is still quite difficult for non EU nationals to obtain work permits in Switzerland. The only way a work permit for Switzerland will be issued to non EU nationals is if it can be demonstrated that they possess skills that a Swiss employer cannot find in Switzerland

CONDITIONS FOR SETTING UP RESIDENCE
With the exception of French nationals, any foreigner who wishes to stay in Monaco for a period in excess of three months, or to establish his or her residence there must satisfy the following stipulations :
1 – Regarding nationals of one of the states of the European Economic Area
Nationals of one of the states of the European Economic Area (1) are exempted from the procedure for the visa to set up residence in Monaco. Consequently, in order to obtain a Monégasque residence permit (“ carte de séjour ”), they must apply to the Residents Section of the Directorate of Public Security located at 3, rue Louis Notari in the Principality and must submit the documents listed below :
– an abstract of their legal record, or an affidavit or an equivalent document ;
– a sworn statement stating that they have never been convicted ;
– a work document endorsed by the Employment Department of the Principality, or any other professional substantiating document, or a request for authorisation to set up a business or a company, or a bank reference proving sufficient means of subsistence ;
– two recent photographs ;
– a medical certificate ;
– a rental contract or a certificate of accommodation (examined by the Ad-Hoc Commission) or a deed of ownership ;
– their passport.
(1) The provisions mentioned refer to persons coming from one of the states of the European Union, with the additions of Norway and Iceland
2 – Regarding nationals of a state which does not belong to the European Economic Area who reside outside of France
Interested parties are obliged to apply to the French Consul with territorial juridiction for a visa to set up residence.
They must submit the following documents to the consular office in question :
– an abstract of their legal record, or an affidavit or an equivalent document ;
– a sworn statement stating that they have never been convicted ;
– a work document endorsed by the Employment Department of the Principality, or any other professional substantiating document, or a request for authorisation to set up a business or a company, or a bank reference proving sufficient means of subsistence ;
– a medical certificate ;
– a rental contract, or a promise of rental, or a certificate of accommodation (examined by the Ad-Hoc Commission) or a deed of ownership, or a written undertaking by the interested party to produce one of the four aforementioned substantiating documents within the three months following his or her arrival in the Principality ;
– nine photographs ;
– a photocopy of their passport ;
– nine copies of the application form for a long-stay visa.
After obtaining this visa, any foreigner aged over sixteen is obliged to apply for a Monégasque residence permit (“ carte de séjour ”) from the Residents Section of Public Security within eight days of arriving in the Principality.
In order to obtain the permit in question, the same documents must be submitted as those which are required from nationals of the European Economic Area.
However, the following persons are exempted from applying for this document :
1) career diplomats accredited to H.S.H. The Sovereign Prince and the members of their families ;
2) civil servants seconded under the auspices of the Franco-Monégasque Conventions.
3 – Regarding foreign nationals of a state which does not belong to the European Economic Area who come from France
Two hypothetical cases should be differentiated :
1. If the interested parties have been residing in France for at least one year :
They must submit the file for the application to set up residence in the Principality to the French Consulate-General in Monaco.The file comprises the following documents :
– the petition form the interested party ;
– an individual detailed information note ;
– a photocopy of their residence permit in France ;
– a photocopy of the passeport.2. If the interested parties have been residing in France for less than one year :
They must submit an application for a visa to set up residence in the Principality to the French Consulate-General in their place of residence immediately preceding their settlement in France. They will be required to produce the documents listed above.

Hola Carlos, No, lamentablemente sin una visa no puedes estudiar menos trabajar. Las leyes migratorias aqui estan muy estrictas. Venirte de turista y cambiar status tampoco lo podras hacer a menos sin animo de ofenderte que tengas una «Relación muy estrecha con tu amigo» y él haga una petición por ti, no se si sabes de lo que hablo una vez mas no quiero ofender a nadie siendo directa, solamente que en este pais las parejas del mismo sexo abundan y tienen todos los derechos de una pareja heterosexual. De lo contrario tendrias que aplicar por una visa de estudiante que dependiendo qué vayas a estudiar te dejan trabajar mas o menos horas. Por ejemplo para carreras Universitarias y de post-grados un maximo de 20 horas por semana y para cursos de ingles y otros vocacionales 10 horas a la semana. Como veraz eso no es suficiente para subsistir si no tienes los gastos pagos desde donde vives. Quisiera ser mas positiva en cuanto a la información pero lamentablemente esta es la realidad. Muchas veces incluso viniendote a estudiar si no arreglas tu residencia por trabajo (cosa que esta bien dificil ya que la incertidumbre económica no permite a los empleadores hacer este tipo de contratos) o por matrimonio o vida en pareja, por supuesto mas dificil de probar, al final del curso te tendras que ir. Para los graduados universitarios y de postgrados una vez que se graduan les dan un tiempo prudencial de 1 año si tienes suerte 2 para que busques empleo y ganes experiencia pero una vez que tu visa se vence tendras que regresarte si no has podido solucionar nada.

Alfa infinitas gracias por contestarme y aclararme muchas dudas… definitivamente ha sido un golpe para mi leer esto ya que tenia la esperanza que se pudiese hacer de esa manera estudiando ingles ya que quiero aprenderlo bien… en el caso que obtenga la visa de estudiante es poco tiempo para trabajar definitivamente no me conviene. Pero me has dado la otra opcion que no me ofende y gracias por aclararmelo.. pero ya habia pensado irme de turista y ver esa posibilidad de casarme con alguien alla. No es muy complicado y caro alfa?? cuanto tiempo puedo quedarme con visa de turista, entiendo que 6 meses?? Gracias alfa
