Buenas tardes,

Alguno de ustedes a traido a UK su suegro/a a UK con EEA Family Permit? Me gustaria hacerle algunas preguntas.

Soy venezolana, con esposo de nacionalidad austriaca. Me fue aprobado el EEA Family Permit. Actualmente vivo en Hove.
Intente traerme a mi mama con una EEA Family Permit Extendida, tomando en cuenta que mi madre tiene 78 años de edad, es soltera, soy hija única, además ella sufre de diversas patologías, tales como hipertensión, diabetes, problemas en rodillas, columna, entre otras. También les expuse al personal de la embajada que depende físicamente y económicamente, e incuso se les expuso que el problema político en Venezuela es grave, ya que no solo le dificulta el acceso a los alimentos, si no también, a los medicamentos que ella necesita, entre otras circunstancias que afectan la calidad de vida. A pesar de haber argumentado y respaldado todo, me fue negada en dos oportunidades la visa. Ellos me alegan lo siguiente:
The Decision:
“You have applied for admission to the United Kingdom by virtue of European Community Law as the family member of a European Economic Area national who is exercising, or wishes to exercise, rights of free movement under the Treaty establishing the European Community in the United Kingdom. In order to qualify as a family member you are required to be dependent on the EEA national.
Guidance states that financial dependence should be interpreted s meaning that the family member needs the financial support of the EEA national or his or her spouse/civil partner in order to meet the family member´s essential needs in the country where they are present, not in order to have a certain level in of income.
In your Visa Application Form you state that your daughter will be paying £ 3.000 towards the cost of your trip. You also state that you have £ 5.280 available to you for this trip. Furthermore, you state that you have saving available to you. I am therefore not satisfied that you are financially dependent on your daughter or her husband.
I therefore refuse your EEA Family Permit application because I am not satisfied that you meet all of the requirements of regulation EUN2.8 of the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulation 2006.“
Por tal motive, requiero del apoyo de ustedes para me ayuden a seleccionar cual es la mejor forma para traerme a mi madre. Si efectivamente puedo insistir con el EEA Family Permit y como demostrar la dependencia o tramitar de turista.
