Estimados amigos foristas: Alguno de ustedes sabe cómo es la entrevista de selección?. Mi esposo y yo estamos aplicando a Quebec y tenemos la entrevista el 16 de febrero. El asunto es que como hace tanto que estudiamos inglés y francés, los dos no tenemos una gran fluidez, aunque sí entendemos y hablamos los dos idiomas en un nivel intermedio. Me gustaría por favor conocer experiencias de personas solteras o casadas a quienes les aprobaron o rechazaron la visa por la entrevista.

Falta de fondos demostrables
falta de estudios o experiencia
muy bajo nivel del idioma…creo que lo mas normal es el tema de los fondos y que no lleves todos los papeles ordenados de forma correcta para no perder tiempo… por lo demas veo muuy dificil aplazar si te preparas un minimo…

Hay mucha informacion en general en este estudio hecho sobre la inmigracion de los franceses a Quebec, pero hay una parte que tal vez te interese mas. La copio y traduzco
‘ L’on procède à un examen officiel de la candidature sur réception de la DCS. Si l’examen est défavorable pour le candidat est établie une lettre de refus, mais si l’examen est favorable l’on procède si besoin est à une entrevue de sélection, effectué par un conseiller de la délégation générale du Québec.
Il y a 85 % de succès parmi ceux qui ont été sélectionnés à l’issue de la présélection, les refus étant généralement dus à des informations fournies de façon incorrecte ou sciemment erronées. ‘
Se procede a un examen oficial de la candidatura sobre la recepcion de la DCS. Si el examen es desfavorable para el candidato se da una carta de rechazo, pero si el examen es favorable se procede si es necesario a una entrevista de seleccion , efectuada por un consejero de la delegacion general de Quebec.
Hay 85 % de exito entre aquellos que han sido seleccionados en la etapa de la preseleccion, los rechazos son dados generalmente debidos a informaciones suministradas de manera incorrecta o conscientemente erroneas.
En otras palabras los que son llamados a entrevista tienen casi el mandado hecho.
De todos modos como orientacion general a los que van a tener entrevista. Lo siguiente que copio es el esquema de puntos que utilizan los oficiales de inmigracion de quebec para evaluar los candidatos. Esta en ingles y traduzco solo unos pedacitos que me parecen intereresantes. Copio tambien el enlace para quien este interesado en consultarlo directamente:

have at least 6 months full-time experience and have "assured employment" (similar to "arranged" employment on the federal side);
have at least 6 months full-time experience and score at least 30 out of a possibility of 52 on the "Calculation of the Employability and Professional Mobility" factor;
Once the individual met one of the above, then the following calculations are made:
