Pues yo también he tenido mis dudas, sin embargo después de leer todo eso de arriba abajo creo que lo que te quieren decir es que debes estar graduado en algunas de las carreras que estén en su lista de trabajos o, si no estás graduado, al menos tener los años de experiencia requeridos en ocupaciones cuyo rango según sus medidas sea de 7.0 o superior. Es decir, ocupaciones que estén asignadas en el rango del job zone 4 ó 5. Todas las que estén por debajo de eso no aplican para la lotería de diversidad.

Es decir, si una persona no está graduada en al área de la computación por ejm, (por nombrar un campo que tiene mucha demanda) pero ha trabajado más de dos años en eso de forma comprobable, puede optar a la lotería. Si la persona no cumple con eso será descalificada, por lo que ellos mismos recomiendan no aplicar hasta tener los requerimiento básicos.

Es lo que entiendo. Igual el hecho de ganarte la lotería no significa que tendrás tu visa, sino que esto te da la oportunidad de demostrar que tienes todo lo que ellos piden para considerar a un ciudadano emigrar a su país. Con soporte económico y algún oficio, que no se convierta en una carga para el estado.

si tengo claro que el hecho de ganar la loteria, no significa que me la daran… pero sin el requisito de la profecion.. ni siquiera puedo intentarlo….

y en realidad creo que para dentro de 3 o 5 años qu eme gradue o trabaje en un sitio que se desarrolle una actividad que este dentro de las zonas 4 o 5 por mas de 2 años.. creo que seria tarde…no serviria de nada…entonces creo q la solucion seria terminar mi relacion sentimental… no por que nos valla mal, o por que se acabo el cariño sino por que… sencillamente… no pumplimos con un requisito el o yo….

o haya alguna manera de que que yo pueda ayudarle a venirse para aca pero puede que eso pueda hacerlo dentro de 4 o 5 años pues mi novio tiene prob. legales (multas y esas cosas)y si no paga los 2.000$ que debe a la justicia (EL DIA DE HOY …SI NO LE APLAZAN DE NUEVO EL CITATORIO A LA CORTE)… COSA QUE NO TIENE PUES ESTA DESEMPLEADO DESDE JULIO…

Lympho tiene toda la razón. La clave para esto es tener todos los requisitos pero el más importante de todos es la paciencia. Te comprendo perfectamente, pasé por algo parecido, pero desesperarte no te lleva a nada. Yo participé el año pasado y no gané, lo haré este año nuevamente y confío en que Dios sabe lo que hace y tiene el tiempo perfecto para lo que nos conviene Bianca. Trata de prepararte un poco más en el tiempo que tu novio espera por la ciudadanía y entonces, cuando te toque enfrentar un proceso migratorio estarás en mejores condiciones de hacerlo.
