saludos mi pregunta es la siguiente e estado recibiendo por correo propaganda de oportunidad de visa y empleo y e tenido un par de llamadas con respecto al tema por un programa canada immigratio-CVE queria saber si este tipo de programa es legal y seguro para realizar tramites

La UNICA pagina OFICIAL de inmigracion de Canada es la de Citizenship and Immigration Canada, CIC. Los demas son empresas privadas que hacen su mercadeo y promociones online.
eso es simplemente una firma de consultores, para emigrar a Canada tienes que cumplir los requisitos y si no los cumples, ni que contrates a Mandrake el Mago , ellos no te van a acelerar el prroceso, lo comtrario, en muchos casos lo han retrasado, ellos no vana a abrir ningun expediente en ningun juzgado ni nada por el estilo para que te den residencia y tampoco te van a conseguir ningun empleador que te vaya a contratar si sencillamente no tienes unas capacidades expepcionales en un momento puntual para que quieran contratarte
Esa gente se difraza o mimetiza de manera tal qu ecreas que es el gobierno canadinse el qu ete invita a emigrar..la ultima vez que habrán hecho algo asi sería por 1880

canadianvisaexpert.com has no presence in Canada whatsoever, they are strictly the off-shore telemarketing company USAFIS based in Israel and Cyprus. As with USAFIS, canadianvisaexpert will use their pressure tactics and further misleading information over the phone in order to obtain your credit card details, and as with USAFIS, complaints of unauthorized credit card withdrawals are many. The canadianvisaexpert telemarketers use various fake names and disposable phone numbers such as «121 277 7000», their sole purpose is to obtain your credit card details and they are quite skilled at it. If you feel you’ve had unauthorized charges taken from your credit card, you should contact your bank immediately and ask for a charge-back (refund) in which case this telemarketer will have to explain. There are no guarantees however it’s worth a try. Their websites are nothing more than copy&paste from other sites. More VoIP phone numbers plus a mailbox forwarding service to make it appear as if they are in Canada when in fact they are in Israel. They have no presence in Canada and they have nothing to do with Canadian Immigration.
