    por la polemica que han tenido hacerca de Quebec tengo las siguientes dudas: vale la pena introducir la solicitud por la provincia de Quebec de inmigracion ya que voy a comenzar el curso de frances para calificar o por el contrario me perfecciono en ingles que lo conozco algo y me evito tardar mas aprendiendo el frances? ¿ es necesario aprender los dos idiomas para calificar? De no ser asi es muy dificil hacer la solicitud por la parte britanica para asi evitar malas experiencias como han tenido muchos por quebec le agradezco cualquier concejo ya que yo apenas estoy comenzando para irme

    Hola amigos:

    Tengo la posibilidad de obtener la residencia americana despues de 4 años de luchar por ella pero no me gusta Miami y he estdo estudiando la posibilidad de irme a Canadá sobre todo por mis hijos ya que a pesar de no estar mal aqui, no tenemos ninguna bienestar social y honestamente no veo la situación mejorar. He escuchado que en Canadá es diferente la educación y es gratuito el College. Esta es una de mis mayores preocupaciones.
    Hay alguién que haya vivido en los dos paises y me pueda ayudar con esta incertidumbre comparandolos y que ventajas y desventajas encontrarón tanto en Canadá como en USA y a la hora de decidir con que país se quedaría y porqué?

    Gracias anticipadas por la luxz que puedan darme en esta difícil situación.

    pero no me aclaras las dudas si es mas dificil introducior los papeles por la parte inglesa o quebec es mas facil y puede ser un trampolin para ingresar y luego irme para una parte inglesa por favor ayudemen que estoy a punto a tomar el curso en frances y no se me hace falta si introduzco los papeles por la parte inglesa. Porque no quiero que me rechacen.

    Ginette, básicamente existe tres formas de obtener la VISA de residente permanente siendo un trabajador calificado:
    1- A través de sistema federal.
    2- A través de Quebec
    3- A través de la nominación de una provincial (otras distintas a Quebec).

    Hastas donde yo se, la ventaja del sistema de Quebec es que los requerimientos a nivel de idioma (Frances) son menores que los otros sistema. Si obtienes esta VISA puedes usar a Quebec para saltar a otra provincia.

    Los requerimientos para obtener la VISA a través del sistema federal son relativamente altos (conocimientos de Inglés o Frances o los dos).

    Lamentablemente no conosco los requerimientos para ser nominado por las otras provincias, pero creo que esta vía tampoco es facil porque en la mayoría de los estados te piden que ya tengas trabajo asegurado al llegar o que tu carrera este en una lista de carrera con alta demanda.

    Yo te puedo decir que los de Quebec son muchisimos mas bajos. Menos dinero, y conocimiento del frances. No tienes que notariar nada…. solo simples fotocopias, no tienes que hacer IELTS.

    Tambien depende del perfil…. pero yo siempre recomiendo Quebec. Además es mas rapido, yo meti los papeles en Agosto y ya en Marzo tenia mis papeles.

    Todo el mundo tiene que pasar por el sisema federal, ellos son los que en ultima instancia desiden si te conseden la recidencia despues de que Quebec te entrega el CSQ. Lo importante es que no contrates ninguna firma de abogados, estos te cobran mucho dinero y al final no responden por nada.

    Mi experincia por el sistema federal no ha sido mucha, introducí la solicitud hace un mes y ellos la están comenzando a procesar.
    No apliqué por Quebec porque no se nada de Francés.

    Por lo que nosotros hemos averiguado, el proceso federal es mas sencillo, y es procesado en Caracas, mientras que el proceso de Quebec es mas engorroso y tienes que hacerlo a traves de Mexico, siendo este un poco mas costoso el proceso.
    La diferencia esta en la disponibilidad de fondos que tienes que presentar para demostrar que puedes mantenerte en Canada, en Quebec la cantidad es mucho menor que por la via federal.
    La via federal puedes aplicar si conoces bien cualquiera de los dos idiomas oficiales (Ingles o Frances), en cambio, Para Quebec es necesario conocer el idioma Frances.
    Apliques por cualquiera de las dos vias puedes estar en cualquier parte del territorio canadiense.

    Nosotros aplicamos por Quebec y no nos podemos quejar, el Frances es intermedio que te permita defender en la entrevista, el proceso no es engorroso, la exigencia de fondos es menor que la del Federal, entras a Canada por Quebec permanecer 3 meses y luego puedes irte a la ciudad que quieras.
